Responsible AI

AI features are customer-controlled and opt-in. We currently use OpenAI and Anthropic as AI sub-processors. AI sub-processors are contractually restricted from using client data for model training.

Compliance Journey

We are actively pursuing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification as part of our commitment to industry-standard security practices.

EU Data Residency

Primary platform data is stored at rest in the EEA. Where customers enable AI-assisted features, limited data may be processed outside the EEA with GDPR Chapter V safeguards in place.
